Tuna Casserole
2 (12oz) cans of tuna, drained
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 12oz package of frozen peas, defrosted
1 12oz package of frozen carrots, defrosted
3/4 cup of milk
6 oz crispy fried onions
Mix in large bowl, cooked pasta, tuna, mushroom soup, peas, carrots, milk.
Transfer to greased 13x9 or 11x14 disposable pan. Spread fried onions on top.
DO NOT BAKE!
Refrigerate until ready to drop off on the Second Monday of each month.

MEAL PREPARATION:
Per the recipe provided, cook noodles and combine all ingredients. Assemble the casserole in a
13x9 or 11x14 disposable (aluminum) pan. Refrigerate until ready to drop off. PLEASE DO NOT BAKE!
DROP OFF:
Drop off the unbaked, prepared casserole BEFORE 2:00 pm on the Second Monday of each month
at the Presentation Parish Office or the Yellow House located on the south side of the church.
