  Confirmation Sponsor Packets are available at the Sponsor Candidate Meeting on January 14, on this webpage, and by request at the Youth Ministry Office. Please contact the Youth Ministry Office if you have any questions. 816-251-1107
  
  After you have met with your candidate in person and/or virtually for discussions and service opportunities, please let us know about your experience as a sponsor by filling out the Sponsor Report.
