"O Mary,
you always shine on our path
as a sign of salvation and of hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick,
who at the cross took part in Jesus’ pain, keeping your faith firm.
You, Patroness and Protector of the People of the United States of America,
know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide
so that, as in Cana of Galilee,
we may return to joy and to feasting
after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our sufferings
and carried our sorrows
to lead us, through the cross,
to the joy of the resurrection. Amen.
Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God. Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial, but deliver us from every danger,
O glorious and blessed Virgin." Amen.

Please know of my continued prayers for the health and well-being of you and your family. We appreciate all the ways you are staying connected with us during this challenging time.
To accommodate the necessary cleaning between Masses, our Sunday morning Mass times are currently 8:00am, 10:00am, and Noon. The Saturday Mass time remains 4:30pm. The Sunday Spanish Mass is at 2:00pm. We encourage you to evaluate your own health and personal situation in making decisions about returning to Mass.
There is a process for signing up to attend Mass on the weekend. You can sign up on our website or through our Constant Contact emails. The sign up link is available at the beginning of each week for the following weekend. You can also call the Parish Office. At this time, following the current guidelines, capacity restrictions, and 6 feet distancing requirement, we are able to have sign ups for 170 people at each Mass. Those entering church must also wear a mask. Please review our “Guidelines for returning to public Mass” and our “Returning to Mass” video that can be found at the links below so you can be aware of all the necessary procedures.
Also, please know that the dispensation from the Sunday Mass obligation is still in effect and that we will continue to provide an online Mass on the weekend that you can view from home. The Saturday, 4:30pm Mass can be livestreamed on our website or is available for viewing anytime later on Saturday evening.
The 8:15am daily Mass on Monday-Friday is also open for those who would like to attend. You do not need to sign up to attend but all the printed Guidelines, including the wearing of a mask, are in effect. We will have seating procedures in place and be monitoring the number of people who attend daily Mass.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is currently happening on Wednesdays only from 10am – 6pm in the church. Again, the wearing of a mask and following all other guidelines is required.
Thank you for your continued support of the parish and for staying connected with us. Please look for our daily Constant Contact emails and check our website – www.olpls.org – for updates and many helpful resources. Below is some other important information:
Let us continue to keep one another in prayer and especially pray for all those affected by the coronavirus and all those putting themselves on the frontlines of care. During these times when many people feel isolated, it is more important than ever to stay in contact with our families, friends, and neighbors, especially the elderly. Please don’t hesitate to call if we can be of assistance.
Many Blessings,
Fr. Tom
