Confirmation 2013 Registration
Registration for Confirmation 2013 is currently open to all current sophomores and juniors in high school. You may obtain a registration the following ways:
- Download the registration packet by clicking on the Conf 13 Registration Packet link.
Pick up a Confirmation Registration Packet in the gathering space.
Request a Confirmation Registration Packet be sent to you in the mail by contacting the Youth Ministry Office – 816.251.1103 or email Jacqui Grimes, Youth Ministry Assistant – jgrimes@olpls.org to request a packet.
Confirmation Registration Forms are due back to the Youth Ministry Office NO LATER than September 5th.
