Presentation’s Communications office coordinates various communication efforts to inform and educate parishioners about the many different ministries and programs offered. These efforts include a weekly parish bulletin, newsletter, website, and information center located in the gathering space.
The deadline to submit articles is Thursdays at Noon, one week prior to publication date. All submissions must be in writing either by dropping off at the parish office or via mail, e-mail or fax. Digital photos are preferred. The bulletin can also be downloaded from the parish website.
The parish newsletter, Presentation Press, is published six times per year. The deadline to submit articles is the 15th of the month prior to publication.

The Communications Office also coordinates special publications including a pictorial directory, parish ministry guide and annual financial report.
We are always interested in adding more photos to our parish archives. If you have photographs, either prints or digitals, of any parish events including the School or Early Childhood Center, please send them to the Communications Office.
