The Presentation Parish Communications Office coordinates various communication efforts to  inform and educate parishioners about the many different ministries and programs offered. Anna Mitchell, Director of Communications, coordinates these efforts through the parish bulletin, newsletter, website, and information center located in the gathering space.
Bulletin: The bulletin is published weekly and is distributed after weekend Masses and can also be downloaded from the parish website. The deadline to submit articles is Thursdays at Noon, one week prior to publication date. All submissions must be in writing either by dropping off at the parish office or via mail, email or fax.  Email bulletin announcements to: If submitting photos, digital photos are preferred.
Newsletter:  The parish newsletter, Presentation Press, is published six times per year and is mailed to every parish household. It is also available on the parish website.

Special Publications: The Communications Office also coordinates special publications including a Pictorial Directory, Parish Guidebook & Directory and Annual Financial Report.
Photographs: We are always interested in adding more photos to our parish archives. If you have photographs, either prints or digitals, of any parish events including the school or early childhood center, please send them to the Communications Office.
